Maris: “You have done well, but you are still fragile creatures. Anything could happen. We cannot accept her being taken away again.”

The Flamine Federation: “Interested in CERES. They’re past due.”

“CERES Left? No. Do not make it sound so. What we seek is compensation, not answers. Need to contact CERES. They are past due.”

“Even exchange. You have what we want, we give you what you want. Favors, useless. Trade for trade. Even exchange. We give you what you want, you give us what we want. Favors are for those without victory.”

And then…there was Mosley.

Mosley: “Things have been dreadfully boring with CERES offline and all of you running around with your heads cut off. I have a position at CERES as Ms. Bellona Recreare’s assistant and head of CERES’ Public Relations Department, yes. Sometimes, I find my job very fulfilling. Other times…well, I guess that’s why I’m here.”

“Do be aware that CERES isn’t liable for any personality changes afflicted to you while you’re recovered here.”

“I am an employee of CERES which means when I’m on the job, my time is theirs.”

“We’ve always been honest about how this works: the atmosphere outside the colony is not conductive to the way you are coded. It’s not our fault no one listens. You’re not from here! You’re barely even human. If you could survive here without help, that would be incredibly silly! Every resident of this planet gains some sort of association with one of the four. We thought it might not happen to you because you're not fully "here" anyway but we were obviously wrong.”

“Can't answer specifics if there's no specific incident you're inquiring over, Mr Hamada.”

“Ask again, of course. But I won't forget. There's a certain way this could benefit me and I'm quite looking forward to it. :)”
